An established international law firm is seeking a talented 0–1 PQE Associate to join its Asset Finance team in Paris. Working alongside experienced lawyers on sophisticated cross-border transactions, you'll gain exposure to aviation, maritime and structured finance matters for a diverse international client base.
The Role
You will join a specialist finance team advising banks, financial institutions, lessors, investors and corporate clients on a broad range of international transactions, including:
- Aviation Finance: Aircraft financings, leasing transactions and refinancing matters.
- Maritime Finance: Ship financings, acquisition financings and restructuring mandates.
- Banking & Structured Finance: Syndicated loans, debt restructurings and complex financing arrangements.
- Derivatives & Commercial Finance: Exposure to industry-standard documentation and cross-border finance transactions.

- Are England & Wales qualified or French qualified
