The Role
This opportunity has arisen due to continued growth and an active pipeline of high-value mandates. The successful candidate will join a dynamic, collegiate team and work closely with senior lawyers on:
- Cross-border financial restructurings and insolvency matters
- Liability management transactions and innovative financing solutions
- Advising creditors, sponsors, corporates, and financial institutions
- UK, European, and US restructuring processes (including Chapter 11 and UK restructuring plans)
- Distressed M&A, special situations, and event-driven financings
- Out-of-court workouts and in-court restructurings
You will gain exposure to headline transactions and work directly with clients from day one, benefiting from the firm’s integrated global platform.
What They’re Looking For
- 1–5PQE, ideally UK qualified (strong international candidates considered)
- Experience in financial restructuring, insolvency, or special situations from a leading international or City firm
- Strong academic background and technical skills
- Commercial mindset, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with excellent communication and client-handling skills
