This global law firm is seeking an experienced Construction & Engineering lawyer at Associate, Senior Associate, or Director level to join its growing Birmingham practice. The firm’s Construction & Engineering practice is recognised globally for technical excellence and commercial insight. You will work across a broad mix of matters, including:
- Standard form contracts such as NEC4, JCT, and Model Form
- International and specialist forms including FIDIC, IChemE, and bespoke turnkey agreements
- Contentious and non‑contentious work (depending on your background and interests)
- Dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration (domestic and international), adjudication, dispute boards, and ADR
- Sector experience may span energy and power, engineering plant, manufacturing and process plant, and major infrastructure projects, offering real variety and depth of work.
