  • Risk Administrator to join its growing Risk Management team in Liverpool for an initial

The Opportunity

As a Risk Administrator, you will support the Business Acceptance team with client and matter onboarding, conflict searches, information barriers, and a variety of risk-related administrative processes.

You'll play a key role in ensuring regulatory and compliance procedures are managed efficiently while working closely with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Business Acceptance and wider Risk team.
  • Monitor and manage the Risk inbox, allocating queries to the appropriate team members.
  • Conduct conflict searches and review results, identifying and removing irrelevant matches where appropriate.
  • Process amendments and change requests relating to existing clients and matters.
  • Create, maintain, and update information barriers while escalating issues when required.
  • Manage the firm's gifts and hospitality register, including reviewing submissions and responding to queries.
  • Coordinate team meetings, agendas, and presentation materials.
  • Carry out housekeeping and data management within client and matter inception systems to maintain efficient processes.

About You

  • Previous administration experience is essential; risk or compliance experience would be advantageous but is not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyse and present information clearly.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn new systems and processes.
  • A collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach.
