A well‑established international aviation practice is recruiting Associates and Senior Associates to join its London Aviation Finance team. This opportunity offers exposure to some of the most intricate and high‑value aircraft finance and leasing transactions currently being executed in the global market.
The team acts for airlines, lessors, financial institutions and investors on a broad range of cross‑border mandates, including operating and finance leases, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, sale and leasebacks, PDP financings, restructurings, and export credit and tax‑based structures. Work is genuinely international and spans the full lifecycle of commercial aircraft, engines and fleets.
These roles suit lawyers with experience in aviation finance or broader asset finance who are comfortable taking responsibility for workstreams, drafting and negotiating principal documentation, and working closely with clients on live transactions. Senior Associates will also play a key role in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the strategic development of the practice.
The team is seeking to recruit Associates from 1+ years' PQE through to Senior Associate level (6+ years' PQE). The team offers exposure to headline transactions, early responsibility, and a collaborative, high‑performance environment with clear progression and international reach.
