A well‑established UK law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its London Real Estate team. The role offers the opportunity to work within a highly regarded practice advising a broad client base, alongside a supportive and collaborative team environment with clear scope for progression. The team forms part of a wider national real estate group and advises a range of occupiers, developers, investors and lenders on a diverse mix of commercial property matters.
The Role: You will advise on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of investment property, including sale and leaseback transactions
- Landlord and tenant work, including negotiation of leases and related documentation
- Development work, including site acquisitions and development agreements
- Portfolio management matters such as licences, consents and asset management issues
- Title review, reporting and heads of terms advice
- Coordinating with internal teams including banking, corporate, construction and restructuring
There will also be opportunity to contribute to supervision of junior lawyers and to be involved in client relationship development and business development initiatives.
