The Role You will be advising lenders and borrowers on real estate finance transactions across multiple sectors and jurisdictions. This includes: Large investment-grade loans provided by domestic and international bank syndicates Secured domestic and cross-border term and revolving facilities Acquisition financings (including public-to-private takeovers) Cashflow-based and structured lending facilities The practice also works closely with colleagues across Europe and internationally, meaning a significant proportion of work is cross-border in nature. The team uses cutting-edge precedents, digital tools, and AI-driven solutions to deliver client value, and you will be encouraged to contribute to marketing and business development initiatives while also having day-to-day client exposure. What They’re Looking For 4–8 years’ PQE gained within an international or leading domestic law firm Solid experience managing finance transactions from start to finish Strong technical skills across LMA-style loan and intercreditor documentation Understanding of financial covenants, security packages, and relevant UK law Proven ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team on multi-jurisdictional matters Organised and adaptable, with confidence working in a fast-paced environment Commitment to innovation and openness to legal technology developments Commercial awareness and proactive approach to building client relationships Why Apply?
