Job DescriptionConstruction Associate – 1–4 PQE – LondonA leading UK law firm is looking to hire an Associate to join its Construction, Engineering & Projects team in London. This is a full-service construction practice advising on both transactional and dispute-related matters across major domestic and international projects.The team works with a broad client base including developers, housebuilders, contractors, engineering consultancies, and private clients on high-value residential schemes. The work spans procurement strategy, contract negotiation, and project documentation, as well as dispute avoidance and resolution through adjudication, arbitration, litigation, and mediation.This role has a strong emphasis on non-contentious construction work, though flexibility to work across both advisory and disputes is welcomed. You’ll be involved in drafting and negotiating construction contracts, consultant appointments, warranties, guarantees, and related documentation, while also supporting clients through strategic risk management and resolution processes.Ideal candidates will be England & Wales qualified with 1–4 years’ PQE and experience in non-contentious construction law.
