Employment Associate (2–6 PQE) | Leading International Law Firm | London
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a 2–6 PQE Employment Associate to join a highly respected international law firm in London. The team is recognised for its sophisticated employment practice and its work on high-profile, sensitive matters across both contentious and advisory employment law.
The group advises a broad client base, including multinational corporates, financial institutions, and public sector bodies, on:
- Employment litigation before the Employment Tribunal and High Court
- Internal investigations and regulatory-driven mandates
- Workforce and culture advisory projects (including whistleblowing, discrimination, and conduct issues)
- Strategic day-to-day HR advice for leadership and legal teams
- Employment aspects of major corporate transactions
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collegiate and well-established team. You will work closely with highly regarded partners, known for their measured and commercial approach, as well as their involvement in market-leading matters within the employment space.
Key Requirements:
- Admission as a solicitor in England & Wales is ideal, but the team is also open to talent with strong local experience and Commonwealth admission.
- 2–6 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law
- Strong academic background
- Experience across both contentious and advisory employment matters
- Trained or practised at a leading UK or international firm
- Ability to work with discretion and sound commercial judgement
