The Role The firm is seeking an Associate with 2-5 years’ PQE to join its highly ranked Charities and Community team.
The role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex, high-profile matters for prominent UK and international clients in the charity and not-for-profit sector.
Work will include: Charity structuring and restructuring Governance and constitutional matters Advising on trading arrangements and non-charitable subsidiaries Charity tax and fundraising regulation Supporting on mergers, reorganisations and compliance projects You will also have the opportunity to contribute to thought leadership, client training and business development initiatives.
What They’re Looking For 2-5 PQE, ideally with charity law experience Strong academic record and excellent communication skills Experience or a strong interest in governance, constitutional and regulatory matters Ability to manage smaller projects independently while supporting on larger mandates Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach Why Apply?
