A market leading law firm is seeking an experienced Associate to join its leading global Projects, Energy and Infrastructure practice. This team is highly regarded in project finance and development, advising on complex, high-profile transactions across sectors such as energy transition, renewables, power generation, transport, telecommunications, and natural resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft, review, and amend complex legal documentation.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients, leveraging strong market awareness.
- Manage client expectations, deadlines, and project delivery effectively.
- Collaborate across teams and jurisdictions in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead and supervise junior team members.
- Identify business development opportunities and contribute to firmwide strategies.
- Engage proactively with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Support knowledge sharing and development internally and externally.
- Assist with billing and invoicing activities.
- Qualified lawyer with 2–4 years PQE in a complex international environment.
