Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Solicitor in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction.
- Experience: 1-7 years PQE gained within a leading law firm or financial institution (equivalent experience considered).
- Technical Skills: Expertise in UK and European financial services regulation, specifically FCA rules, MiFID, AIFMD, and UCITS.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Support product development and provide regulatory guidance on investment strategies and distribution channels.
- Interpret and implement regulatory developments, assessing their impact on business operations.
- Advise stakeholders across portfolio management, distribution, operations, risk, and compliance.
- Review and negotiate client, distribution, and service provider agreements.
- Provide strategic regulatory advice to senior management.
