You will join the London-based Construction team within the award-winning Real Estate practice. This is a stand-alone team that is highly integrated with other practice groups and handles premium mandates for developers, investors, lenders, and sponsors across all asset classes. The scope of work is diverse, covering procurement strategies, advisory and negotiation of construction contracts, and transaction support on large-scale real estate and financing deals. The team is recognised for thought leadership in construction law and has been involved in some of the most significant developments in the London market. Responsibilities include:
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, including JCT, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke agreements
