A leading UK law firm is seeking a Senior Associate (6+ PQE) to join its Residential Property team in London. The team handles a wide range of residential transactions for private clients globally as well as a number of private banks. The Role
- Managing a full caseload of residential property files, ensuring matters progress efficiently from instruction to completion.
- Delivering high‑quality, commercially attuned legal advice and maintaining exceptional standards of client service.
- Taking detailed instructions, acting as a trusted point of contact and guiding clients throughout the transaction.
- Scoping, pricing and preparing matters, working closely with partners to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Supporting the visibility of the practice through business development initiatives and sector‑focused projects.
- Building and developing your own network of clients, professional contacts and referrers.
- Identifying cross‑selling opportunities and strengthening internal relationships across the wider firm.
