Overview
A leading international law firm is seeking a qualified solicitor to join its Risk & Compliance team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The role is based in London with hybrid working options and involves supporting senior risk and compliance professionals across the firm’s global offices.
Responsibilities
- Advise on professional standards, ethics, regulatory compliance, data protection and conflicts of interest
- Monitor and interpret changes in legal and regulatory requirements affecting firm operations
- Draft and update internal policies, procedures and terms of engagement with clients and third parties
- Maintain compliance registers and support firm-wide risk initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders across legal and business services teams
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 2 years’ experience in legal compliance within an international firm
- Strong understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct and related regulatory frameworks
