The Role
You will be joining a well-regarded residential property team handling a range of high-value transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build acquisitions, refinancing, and complex title matters. The position offers the chance to take on responsibility quickly, manage your own files, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
What They’re Looking For
- 2-3 years’ PQE in residential property law
- Strong technical experience across the full spectrum of conveyancing transactions
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple files efficiently
- Strong client skills, including experience working with HNW individuals
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
