Our client, a Top 20 London law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its highly respected Real Estate Finance team on an initial 3‑month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong real estate finance solicitor to support a busy practice known for its lender‑side expertise and high‑profile transactional work. You will be working closely with market‑leading partners who are consistently recognised in the legal directories for their commerciality, deep sector knowledge and ability to deliver complex transactions within tight timeframes.

The Opportunity:

  • Development and investment finance
  • Bilateral and syndicated lending
  • Refinancing transactions
  • Structured real estate debt
  • Financing of office, retail, residential, hotel and mixed‑use assets
  • Advising on a variety of borrowing structures including LPs, JVs and property unit trusts

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor with ideally 5+ years' PQE
  • Strong background in real estate finance is essential gained at a leading law firm
  • Lender‑side experience
  • Solid drafting, technical and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in managing matters with minimal supervision
  • The ability to work efficiently to tight timelines
  • A commercial mindset and excellent client‑facing skills
