The role:
- Leading on complex facility agreements and English law security packages
- Acting for both borrowers and lenders across a wide range of high-value real estate finance deals
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders, including Legal Directors and Partners, across multiple jurisdictions
- Managing your own caseload while mentoring junior team members
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years’ PQE in Real Estate Finance from a recognised top City or US/international law firm
