I'm currently working on an opportunity for a Structured Finance Associate (1-3 PQE) to join the London office of a highly regarded US law firm. The team advises on complex securitisation and structured finance transactions, including warehouse facilities, public and private deals, and bespoke asset-backed financings across a wide range of assets – from RMBS and SME lending to fintech and other esoteric receivables – often on cross-border mandates.

This role offers strong exposure to high-value, technically challenging work within a growing, entrepreneurial practice, ideal for a junior associate building expertise while gaining broad deal experience. You'll work closely with respected partners on structuring, drafting and execution, with early client exposure. The lean team provides hands‐on responsibility, excellent visibility and close mentoring.

The collaborative London team is expanding, with strong US integration and clear growth plans, offering high-quality work, international exposure and the chance to play a key role in its development. The team is particularly interested in candidates with 1-3 years' PQE who have experience in structured finance, securitisation or related finance transactions, gained at a leading US, Magic Circle, Silver Circle or top international law firm.

For an associate seeking high-quality work, broad exposure, strong partner interaction and the chance to join a growing platform where they can make a real impact, this represents a standout opportunity.
