A leading European passenger transport business is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join its Group Legal team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role supports strategic initiatives across the UK and Europe, including M&A activity, major tender opportunities, commercial contracts and corporate acquisitions.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years PQE as a qualified lawyer with corporate, commercial and/or M&A experience, strong stakeholder management and practical commercial skills.
