Leading professional services organisation seeks Litigation Counsel to join their collegiate in-house legal team. An opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team, in a varied role supporting all levels of the business across service lines and the full range of internal business functions.
It will be to engage in internal investigations, offering interesting spread of work advising on contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters (including FRC, FCA and ICAEW), responding to regulatory inquiries, in addition to overseeing litigation, advising and handling claims, settlement of disputes and managing external counsel.
You will have over 5 years’ PQE in litigation and disputes from a top tier City law firm and while some in-house is helpful, it is not mandatory. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a first move in-house.
The ideal candidate will be versatile, commercially minded, efficient, credible, persuasive, with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
Very flexible hybrid working, collegiate team, excellent package and work life balance on offer. This role can be based outside of London if desired.
