The position focuses on the identification, analysis and resolution of ethical and commercial conflicts, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business and international teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading on complex conflicts analysis and resolution in line with regulatory frameworks
- Acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and international conflicts teams
- Reviewing engagement terms and drafting conflict waivers and consents
- Advising on the implementation of ethical walls and managing related documentation
