The Role

The role offers direct client contact, the autonomy to lead on matters, and involvement in multi-jurisdictional projects.

- 5+ PQE gained within a leading corporate or commercial team
- Strong technical skills in corporate transactional and advisory work
- Ability to manage and lead transactions from start to finish
- Confidence engaging with clients and building trusted relationships
- Team player with leadership qualities and experience supervising juniors
