Responsibilities and ideal candidate:
- Senior hire to provide oversight across AML, onboarding and conflicts.
- Effectively the “number two” to the Head of, someone who can liaise with fee‑earners confidently.
- Lead on AML and broader client due diligence – AML expertise is the priority.
- Oversight of conflicts (with the ability to step in and complete checks when needed).
- Full understanding of the end‑to‑end onboarding process.
- Manage and support workload currently handled by one other staff member.
- Potential future responsibility to help train or supervise a junior hire as volumes continue to grow.
