Experienced Investment Funds Lawyer

Leading wealth management arm of a global bank is looking to appoint an experienced funds lawyer to their Funds & Asset Management Legal Team in London.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the formation, maintenance, and distribution of a range of fund products.
2. Managing legal, risk, and compliance aspects of fund products.
3. Advising the investment management team in relation to derivatives.
4. Developing strategies to manage regulatory changes affecting the funds and asset management business.

Qualifications:

You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have circa 4-10 years’ PQE with excellent technical knowledge and experience of UCITS and QIAIFs, and key regulations applicable to funds, including AIFMD, MIFID, SFDR, and SDR. Experience of advising funds on derivative transactions is also helpful.
