Our client, a leading UK law firm, is looking to hire an experienced Finance Lawyer into their Structured Finance practice in London. This role is suitable for those with at least 1 year of experience in Finance, with a focus on Structured Finance transactions.
In this role, you will assist the Head of Structured Finance in overseeing national and international structured finance transactions, including multi-jurisdictional matters. Clients include UK clearing banks, European investment banks, independent and alternative financiers, as well as corporate borrowers ranging from listed entities to emerging SMEs. This position provides a distinctive opportunity to engage with highly sophisticated market participants.
Responsibilities- Assist the Head of Structured Finance in overseeing national and international structured finance transactions, including multi-jurisdictional matters.
- Engage with clients across UK clearing banks, European investment banks, independent and alternative financiers, and corporate borrowers ranging from listed entities to emerging SMEs.
- 2-4 years' PQE in a structured finance or related practice.
- Experience in at least one of the following finance transactions: securitisation (private or public), debt capital markets, asset backed securities, receivables financing and/or asset-based lending.
- If you have experience in real estate finance and some exposure to structured finance, you are encouraged to apply.
- A finance practice recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers.
