A leading legal-tech consultancy is looking for a talented derivatives lawyer to join their expert derivatives team in London. You’ll help maintain and develop multi‑jurisdictional content covering netting, collateral, pre‑trade due diligence and global derivatives regulation.

The role:

  • Updating and producing legal analysis for digital publication
  • Working with counsel globally to commission and review legal opinions
  • Contributing to the development of new products
  • Supporting subscribers through training and guidance
  • Monitoring and summarising key regulatory developments

The requirements:

  • Strong derivatives experience (4-7 PQE) gained in a leading City law firm
  • Excellent drafting, analytical and technical skills
  • Confidence working with complex cross-border legal matters
  • A proactive, organised and collaborative approach
  • Someone who enjoys distilling complex legal issues into clear, concise explanations

This is an ideal role for a technically strong derivatives lawyer seeking interesting, impactful work in a more predictable, product‑focused environment. Interesting work, friendly, collegiate team and highly flexible hybrid working on offer. This role is also offered on a part time (4-day week) basis if preferred.
