Matters are often international in scope, with close collaboration across jurisdictions and practice areas.
What They’re Looking For:
- England & Wales qualified associate with 2-6 years’ PQE.
- Strong experience in corporate real estate or private equity real estate transactions.
- Exposure to acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and transaction‑driven real estate work.
- Experience with hotel or broader asset management agreements and complex commercial leasing is advantageous.
