Taylor Root is currently working with an Elite US law firm in their search for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join the firm's London office on an initial 6 – 12 month FTC.

They have developed a reputation in London as one of the leading US firms representing some of the largest and most successful clients globally.
The Team
Our client's corporate practice leads the way in many areas. This includes cross border M&A transactions (public and private), Private Equity, Joint Ventures, disposals and restructurings. The team represents private equity firms, asset managers, energy companies, and corporates. They are currently recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers.
The Role
This position will have a focus on cross border mergers & acquisitions, advising on investment portfolios matters for various clients in high value and multi jurisdictional transactions. This will include matter management, closings, and corporate document drafting.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be 4+ PQE and have excellent experience working in a leading corporate practice in the city. You will need to have excellent knowledge of English M&A and corporate documentation drafting and processes, including closings. UK qualification is ideal; however, if you have at least 3 years’ experience in a busy transactional team (in London), you will also be considered.
