The firm is known for advising on complex, high‑value cross‑border transactions for institutional investors, asset managers and private equity sponsors, and offers a collaborative environment with access to sophisticated international work.
This role sits within a corporate real estate practice focused on real estate private equity transactions. The team advises on a broad range of matters including fund structuring, joint ventures, co‑investment arrangements, separately managed accounts, secondaries and other liquidity solutions. The role also involves exposure to asset management M&A, including platform and GP stake transactions. Work is often cross‑border and integrated with wider corporate, funds and finance teams. The firm is open to hiring at two levels and is looking to grow the team meaningfully.
What They’re Looking For
- 2-3 PQE: Associates with exposure to corporate real estate, funds, joint ventures or M&A, who are keen to develop a specialism in real estate private equity.
- 4-6 PQE: Fully qualified corporate real estate specialists with strong experience advising on complex transactions. Senior‑level corporate real estate lawyers, or corporate generalists with M&A, JV and fund experience looking to specialise at the junior to mid level.
- Strong technical ability, commercial awareness and interest in cross‑border work.
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative, international team.
