The firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer (4+ PQE) to join its specialist Drinks, Hospitality & Leisure (DHL) team. This role will see you advising leading operators across pubs, bars, restaurants, hotel groups and leisure brands on a broad range of property‑led and sector‑specific work. Matters will include acquisitions and disposals, portfolio re‑gears, development projects and estate management, as well as supporting clients on wider commercial issues aligned to their operations.

  • At least 4 years’ PQE with solid experience in real estate transactions
  • Familiarity with landlord and tenant matters, pre‑let agreements and development work
  • Commercial awareness of operator‑specific considerations such as TUPE, TOGC, capital allowances and licensing (with internal support where required)
