This global law firm is seeking an experienced Construction & Engineering lawyer at Associate, Senior Associate, or Director level to join its growing Birmingham practice. You will work across a broad mix of matters, including:
- Standard form contracts such as NEC4, JCT, and Model Form
- International and specialist forms including FIDIC, IChemE, and bespoke turnkey agreements
- Contentious and non‑contentious work (depending on your background and interests)
- Dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration (domestic and international), adjudication, dispute boards, and ADR
Sector experience may span energy and power, engineering plant, manufacturing and process plant, and major infrastructure projects, offering real variety and depth of work.
