The firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Partner who can bring:

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand the commercial litigation practice in Birmingham
- Act for clients on a wide range of disputes, including contractual claims, shareholder disputes, breach of warranty issues, professional negligence, fraud, injunctions, and complex commercial claims
- Develop and manage client relationships, building a portfolio across sectors such as technology, energy, real estate, financial services, retail, life sciences and manufacturing
- Work closely with colleagues across the UK and Europe on cross‑border litigation and regulatory matters
- Guide and support junior lawyers, contributing to team growth and capability
- Drive business development, sector engagement and profile‑raising initiatives within the region
