You will join a dynamic Commercial Dispute Resolution team, working on high-value and complex disputes across a wide range of sectors. The role involves advising clients on contentious matters including contractual disputes, partnership issues, and professional negligence claims. You will play a key role in managing matters from inception to resolution, working closely with partners and having regular client engagement, whilst also contributing to the growth of the practice.
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years’ PQE in commercial disputes
- Proven technical litigation experience, including managing cases autonomously
- Strong communication and drafting skills
- Demonstrated involvement in client relationship management and business development
- Ability to supervise junior team members and contribute to practice development
- Experience in ADR or exposure to complex/multi-party disputes would be an advantage
