A leading national law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join its growing Business Immigration team.
Recognised for its strength across the public, health, education and commercial sectors, the firm advises a diverse client base on complex immigration matters and is known for its collaborative culture, high-quality work and commitment to professional development.
This role can be based in Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds, with a self-determined hybrid working model that offers flexibility around office and remote working.
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of business immigration matters, including Skilled Worker visas, sponsor licence applications and compliance, right to work audits, enforcement issues and immigration aspects of corporate transactions.
The role offers significant client contact, exposure to high-profile work and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of a nationally recognised practice, while benefiting from the flexibility of the firm's self-determined hybrid approach.
Applicants should have strong business immigration experience, confidence managing their own caseload and a commercial, client-focused approach.
Experience of sponsorship compliance is essential, while exposure to corporate transactions and immigration due diligence would be advantageous.
