About the Role

Our client is recruiting a Software Service / Automation Field Engineer to support the deployment and operation of advanced industrial automation systems across the UK and Europe. This is a hands-on hybrid role combining software expertise with on-site technical support, acting as the link between core engineering teams and live customer deployments. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring automated systems operate reliably in real-world, production environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as first-line support for software issues on deployed automated systems
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues on live customer sites
  • Working closely with UK and international engineering teams to triage and escalate issues
