Overview Our client, a leading international manufacturing organisation, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a strategically important operational site in Northern Ireland. Following a period of organisational transformation, this role will play a key part in supporting leaders, rebuilding engagement, driving positive cultural change and strengthening workforce capability across the business. Working closely with operational and site leadership teams, the successful candidate will provide broad HR business partnering support across employee relations, union engagement, talent management, organisational development, recruitment and workforce planning. The role offers the opportunity to influence business decisions, support change initiatives and contribute to the long-term people strategy of a well-established international employer. This position would suit an ambitious HR professional who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment, has strong employee relations expertise and is comfortable building credibility with stakeholders at all levels. Experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial or similarly operational environments would be advantageous, alongside exposure to unionised workforces and organisational change programmes. Key Requirements CIPD Level 5 qualified (minimum). Previous HR Business Partner or broad HR Generalist experience. Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge. Experience working within a unionised environment. Ability to influence, coach and challenge stakeholders constructively. Exposure to change management, workforce transformation or cultural improvement initiatives is desirable. Why Apply?
