This is a hybrid role, part-based from the South Manchester office.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the engineering team and extended subcontractor network on existing client projects.
- Engaging with potential new clients and providing quotes and price estimates.
- Targeting commercial clients (restaurants, pubs, etc.) at facilities and building manager level.
- Managing domestic client projects for refurbishments, extensions, conversions, etc.
- Reporting to the Managing Director.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience as either a Maintenance Manager, Repairs Manager, Contracts Manager, Building Surveyor, Facilities Manager, Building Services Manager, Property Manager, etc.
- Based in the Manchester area.
- Could be working as a Property Manager for a College, Housing Association, Pub/leisure group, etc.
