Part-Time Office Administrator – Weekday Role in a Fast-Paced Environment
Location: Outskirts of Cheltenham (must be local for daily commuting). Parking available
Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day

You’ll be joining a professional office, where your attention to detail, communication skills, and confident handling of day-to-day operations will make a real impact. Key Responsibilities:- Handle daily administrative tasks including phone calls, emails, and documentation
- Co-ordinate UK travel bookings (hotels, taxis, parking, rail) for staff
- Manage courier deliveries, meeting room bookings, and refreshments
- Welcome guests and external visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Monitor and restock office supplies, vending items, and stationery
- Arrange regular deliveries (milk, fruit) and maintain a tidy, well-stocked environment
- Support internal meetings with agendas, catering, and follow-up actions
- Assist with all other ad hoc office duties as needed
- Previous experience in a fast-paced commercial setting is essential
- Strong organisational skills and confident use of everyday office technology
- Experienced in Microsoft office applications
