Reporting into an experienced and energetic Global Director, you’ll lead a team of 4 analysts and take ownership of Global planning, asset utilisation, and operational efficiency across multiple sites. This role suits someone who can lead from the front, combine strong organisation with data-driven decision making, and ensure plans are executed effectively. Regular international travel (predominantly Spain & Ireland) adds variety and exposure.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning asset planning, availability, and utilisation
- Driving performance through data, reporting, and insights
- Leading, developing, and motivating a small analytical team
- Working cross-functionally to ensure smooth operational delivery
