A leader within the UK construction market offering bespoke joinery solutions for Commercial, Residential and Specialist projects, TMJ Interiors are seeking a Project Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Involvement in the tendering process as and when required.
  • Planning and programming projects from the point of winning a job to achieving Practical Completion.
  • Ensuring that we achieve the quality we have promised/undertaken to deliver.
  • Ensuring Trade Contractor Reports are issued on a regular basis.
  • Working closely with site management, the design team, and the production facility to ensure all programs are achieved.
  • Working closely with your contact with the main contractor to ensure a good working relationship.
  • Management of and liaison with all subcontractors.
  • Awareness of the financial implications of any requests made outside the scope of our works and ensure that the Surveyor responsible for your job is informed in order that an instruction can be issued.
  • Ensuring all site operations comply with all Health & Safety and Environmental regulations.
  • Ensuring all site operations comply with all Company Quality Procedures.
  • Liaising with the Projects Director and keep them informed of any issues.

  • We are looking for a confident, hardworking individual who can communicate effectively and lead a team to success.
  • We work with prestigious clients on projects of all sizes, and we need someone with the determination to deliver that project on time, to an exacting standard.
  • We need someone that is personable, friendly, and supportive.
  • You will need to be able to build effective working relationships with clients and others on your site, not only to ensure successful project delivery but to aid the company in winning future work.
  • This role involves spending days between our Bildeston Factory, London office and project sites, generally in London but wherever the company wins work, so we are looking for someone that is comfortable travelling / able to travel, adjusting to different working environments throughout various project stages.
