Overview
In this Roaming Engineer role, you will deliver second-line technical support for diverse customers, both on-site and from head office. You’ll join a collaborative Outsourced Engineering team and act as a professional representative of Tailor Made Technologies. The position suits experienced 2nd/3rd line or field engineers seeking growth and a valued, integrated workplace. You’ll contribute to service delivery, incident resolution, and continuous improvement within ITIL-aligned processes.

Responsibilities
- Provide second-line technical support to customers
- Manage Onsite Engineering calendar and align with requirements
- Identify areas for improvement and communicate recommendations
- Use Tailor Made software to monitor and proactively respond to incidents
- Keep customers informed on ticket status and ensure effective communication
- Achieve contracted SLAs
- Maintain ISO-aligned processes and documentation
- Collaborate with 3rd parties for incident resolution with customer applications
- Support infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, and renewals with Technical Resource Operations Manager, Account Manager, Servicedesk Manager and Project Engineers
- Undertake equipment builds and installations as required
- Ensure activities align with ITIL procedures
- Perform ad hoc duties as needed
