You’ll collaborate with Project Managers, Account Managers and Technical Consultants to ensure timely, professional delivery and produce procedural docs for the team. You’ll contribute to a forward-thinking, client-focused IT projects team that grows with you through structured training. Responsibilities
- Deliver secure, complex IT infrastructure projects for clients and internal use
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Account Managers and Technical Consultants to ensure timely delivery
- Develop and support internal and cloud-based infrastructures
- Produce procedural documentation for supporting colleagues
- Own project lifecycle from planning through to implementation under change control processes

- Windows Server 2008R2–2022
- Active Directory/GPO

- VMware ESXi 6.0–7.0 (vCentre)
- Citrix XenApp 7.15LTSR+ and NetScalers
- Microsoft Azure
- Networking: Cisco and HPE Aruba
- SANs: NetApp
- WiFi: Meraki and Unifi
- Backups: Veeam, MSP Backup, Datto
- Security: AV, MFA, NPS, Password policies, GPO lockdown
- Strong infrastructure skills and troubleshooting in reference and live environments
- Experience with documentation, testing, implementing and supporting changes per change control
- Ownership of projects across their lifecycle
- Ability to work with internal and external teams to professional standards
