You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful management of projects from start to finish, assisting with key aspects such as resource allocation, budget tracking, risk management, and customer communications.
You'll be part of a collaborative and customer-focused team, with the opportunity to work on projects that span various industries and involve a wide range of IT solutions. This is a great opportunity to join a great team and grow your skills. Essential Skills and Previous Experience: Experience in IT Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Project Coordination, PMO or Professional Services Operations. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Experience managing multiple workstreams and competing demands.
Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building abilities.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting utilisation, capacity and performance data.
Commercial awareness and confidence producing operational reports.
Experience working within IT Services, Managed Services or Professional Services environments would be highly advantageous.
