As such the salary range is indicative with the company emphasising they are keen to tailor the final offer salary to attract the most appropriate candidate.The main duties will include:Work alongside the Claims Operations Manager to complete due diligence/contracts for proposed DCA’s and monitoring sign off progression.Assist the Claims Operations Manager with managing the day-to-day management of delegated claims, gathering data and MI, and assist with reviewing and improving TPA overall performance.Assisting in the (re)approval, administration, monitoring and management of third parties with claim handling authorityCoordinating audits and visits of DCAs and monitoring follow up on remedial action as requiredLoss fund managementLiaison with external parties such as brokers, loss adjusters, DXC, TPAs and lawyers. xsabvtc Maintenance of the in-house claims systems and ECF to facilitate workflow processesInvolvement in internal and external auditsResolving delegated claims processing errorsReview and approval of claims bordereaux and cash callsAssisting in claims projectsAssisting to identify and implement claims operational support requirements and make sure that claims processes are aligned to internal controls and industry standard.
