Underwriting Operations Technician Responsibilities:
- Ensure tasks are transferred into Underwriting Operations as per the task list
- Assist Group Head of Operations with delivery of the Underwriting Support Model, outsourcing, procedure documentation, and training workshops
- Handle general policy administration processing
- Oversee less experienced Underwriting Operations Technicians
- Monitor KPIs to ensure task completion within SLA
- Daily monitoring of Underwriting Operations Dashboard and central mailbox
- Prepare materials and attend meetings as required
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Group Head of Operations
