This exceptionally friendly financial services organisation have an excellent market reputation and are now looking for a new member of staff to work closely with the EA to the CEO in what will be a highly varied and interesting role.

The main function of the successful candidate will be to provide confidential and effective administrative, travel and secretarial support across the business but with a particular focus on the office of the Global CEO.

Duties:
  • Provides an effective and confidential secretarial, calendar management, expense management and administrative service.
  • Provide proactive and effective travel management and oversight to Senior Management as and when required.
  • Co-ordinate travel arrangements both in the UK and overseas (e.g. schedules for business trips and conferences) to ensure effective timely and accurate planning.
  • In conjunction following up on actions that need to be delivered.
  • Maintain an up-to-date, accurate and effective filing system and retrieval.
  • Responsible for the typing and preparation of creative, accurate presentations, meeting pack content including chasing, collating, printing and scanning documents as required and ensure they are produced on time.
  • Organisation of multiple team away days, proactive event organisation for social parties and other company gatherings.
