We are looking for an experienced PA/Administrator to work with Private Client Directors.
Duties:
- Assist the Private Client Directors with the day-to-day running of their clients’ affairs.
- Prepare paperwork for new members and existing clients, liaising with the Compliance Team and other divisions as required.
- Provide cover within the Private Client Directors Assistant team and ensure that all telephone calls are taken and dealt with, or messages taken when the Private Client Director is unavailable.
- Attend individual and group meetings wherever possible.
- Assist with the collection and payment of losses and cash calls.
- Assist with the release and payment of profits and of surplus funds.
- Assist with the management and maintenance of funds.
- Ensure that the requirements of the investments are understood and that assistance is provided to the Private Client Directors in this regard.
- Report any likely breach of regulation or other compliance issues, money-laundering regulation immediately to the Compliance / Money-Laundering officer.
