Provide PA support to assigned Team Partners and Directors.
Provide administrative support to the team.
Format letters, PowerPoint presentations, pitchbooks and accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
Organise, attend, and minute various meetings.
Ensure accurate amendments are made to the client databases within an agreed timescale.
Provide seamless cover in the absence of other team PA’s and administrators.
Ensure that all work undertaken is produced within agreed timescales.
Save documents on the network according to the firm’s procedures.
Respect and maintain the confidentiality of the processed material and ensure that any regulations concerning security or confidentiality (such as safeguarding passwords) are complied with.
Take responsibility of the team’s study plans, ensuring the team’s software is updated.
Ensure firmwide reports for partners are completed in a timely manner.
Research and book conferences, travel, accommodation for Partners and other members of the team.
File, save and send post for relevant partners and directors.
Complete partner expenses in a timely manner.
Assist with the onboarding of new clients and liaise with managers when client reviews are due.
Update the firmwide gains and losses spreadsheet with Partner and Director contribution on a monthly basis.
