Our client is a Global Financial Broking firm in London. The Operations team handles data management, accounts processing, and client relationships, with opportunities for global exposure and collaboration across business units. The role involves varied projects and ad-hoc tasks, including:
- Designing and developing MI reports for performance and account processing
- Managing quality and audits, including planning & delivery of client audit programs and coordinating external audits
